KAT DARTS

• Be on time for your match. There's nothing like making your partner nervous before you even get started.
• Bring your own darts. Don't ask your partner if you can share darts.
• Have quarters and tips, you know your going to need them.
• Before a match, shake hands and tell your opponent to "shoot well".
• No matter who you pull in a blind draw, be polite. Whether you get a world class shot or the new guy, remember you were the new guy too at some point.
• Do not complain about the opponent you are throwing against.
• Don't be an obnoxiousness darter - we've all thrown with one You know the guy that swears, hits things and makes a scene when he misses a shot.
• Getting blitzed during a match does not help you or your partner.
• Respect the house rules (It also helps to know the house rules, so get informed).
• It is the darter's responsibility to make sure the board is ready for you to shoot your turn. If your opponent forgot it is your responsibility to push the player change button (Many fights have started because of this issue).
• No heckling opposing teams or players while at the line.
• Wait until all three darts have been thrown to say "shot", "great darts" or "right there".
• We have all had a bad night, a bad game  or a bad match please refrain from: I can't hit anything, my darts suck, I hate this game, I'm never throwing again after tonight. It's distracting to your partner and fuels your opponent.
• Do not practice on a board next to where a game is taking place.
• Don't cause unnecessary delays, such as going to the bar for a beer, bathroom, quarters, cell phone call..
• Remember Line Courtesy; never walk across the throwing line during play. It distracts the player throwing.
• Give your fellow darters space at the line. No one likes to see someone out the corner of their eye when they are throwing, nor do you like to feel someone breathing down your neck.
• Foot foul is when one player steps over the throwing line, be aware of your foot.
• Don't shout out or speak to a darter who is at the line, even if you're suggesting a strategy or an out. The time for this conversation in between throws.
• Do not throw your darts or hit the dartboard in frustration.
• If you lost the match don't walk off when your opponent extends their hand
• After the match, shake hands with your opponent and say "good game". . ."good darts" or something along those lines.

How do I get on Arachnid's pro list?
PRO PLAYER QUALIFICATION Any player may enter a "Pro" event if they so desire. Players that are qualified as "Pro" caliber are prohibited from entering any open events, such as the Men's Singles, Open Doubles Cricket or Men's Doubles at BullShooter Qualifying Regionals (unless there is no Pro event offered for that event). All players who are considered pro will remain on the Prolist for a period of 3 years from their most recent participation in any event, regardless of the sponsor.
You will be considered a pro if you finish in the following places at the following events:

Top 3 places:	Pro Singles, Pro/Am Cricket (pros only,) Open Doubles Cricket, Men's Doubles, Pro Doubles
1st place:	Men's Singles, Mixed Triples (men only,) Mixed Cricket (men only)
BullShooter Finals:
Top 16 places:	Men's Singles, Open Doubles Cricket, Men's Doubles
Top 32 places:	Pro Singles
Top 8 places:	Pro Doubles Cricket, Pro Men's Doubles, Pro Mixed Cricket, Top Gun Men
Top 4 places:	Mixed Doubles Cricket (men only,) Mixed Triples (men only)
First place:	Top Gun Triples (Men & Women)
European BullShooter Championship:
Top 3 places:	Mixed Triples, Top Gun Master, Cricket Doubles Master, Cricket Doubles Wild Card, Doubles Master, Cricket Singles Master, Mixed Doubles, Singles Master

It is the desire of Arachnid, Inc. and the A-Team to provide as equalized competition as possible for all entrants. All decisions by BullShooter Tournament Management are binding and final.
